We’ve spent a lifetime learning to show the world what we think it needs to see of us. We hide away parts that we believe will put us at risk of not being liked, loved or accepted. We become shells of ourselves, then wonder why we don’t feel vitality and joy.

Living a fulfilling life requires us to bring our whole-selves to the table. It’s time we un-shackle ourselves from these prisons we have locked ourselves in and feel what it’s like to be free.

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Learning how to grow our nervous system capacity so that we can feel our feelings and be with the discomfort of the sensations that we experience in our bodies is an important life skill that many of us haven’t been taught. And we suffer because of it.

Actively learning and practicing how to work with (instead of against) your nervous system is what allows you to live in integrity with your values and to pursue what you deeply desire.
